Description
In a coaching conversation, your coach will serve as an objective and non-judgmental sounding board that engages listening through inquiry, feedback, advice, support and accountability to help you learn and grow to reach your successful results much faster. The coach will help you define a plan and appropriate actions to reach the outlined goals through appropriate follow up steps.
